Q: What are your order turnaround times?
A: Typically, orders will take between seven and ten business days.
Q: Do you install the racks?
A: Yes! Most rack installations come with complimentary professional assembly and installation, with a few exceptions, such as truck bed racks, custom installations/modifications, and larger items like tents. There is a small charge for those larger, more labour-intensive jobs, calculated by the time the installation will require.
Q: Do you facilitate warranties?
A: Yes! With your original proof of purchase, we can help facilitate a warranty from any brands we carry, including Thule, Yakima, Kuat, Curt, Draw-tite, Tekonsha, and MOS Racks.
Q: Do you have a universal rack?
A: No, there is no such thing. Even if a product claims to be “universal,” it won’t fit every make and model because that’s impossible.
Q: Will my old rack fit my new car?
A: Come see us; there’s much to check to determine if any old rack parts can be reused.
Q: How do I remove my roof/bike rack?

Q: Do you sell trailer hitches?
A: Yes! We offer trailer hitches categorized by make, model year, type, and vehicle trim level.
Q: Do trailer hitches have to come with wiring, too?
A: No, you can install a hitch solely for an accessory like a bike rack or a cargo basket. If you want to tow later on, you can add the wiring at a later date.
Q: Do you require payment to place an order?
A: Our policy is to collect payment at the time of the order.
